Candidate for Hillsborough

Chris works in property management but is better known as a talented local musician whose bands include Haze, Treebeard and Silverwheel.

Chris has been involved in many green campaigns including "No Asda" in Hillsborough and the anti-incinerator campaign.

Chris campaigned strongly against the merger of Wisewood and Myers Grove Schools. Chris says "We must fight to retain local schools for our children that are run by the council not private companies or religious organisations".

Chris has been the Green Party candidate in Hillsborough since 2001. Chris says "We have 2 councillors in Central ward and I believe more will follow soon as our influence spreads rapidly across the city. I hope to be part of a wave of Green councillors that will spread across the city over the next decade"
