Candidate for Southey

Gemma works for the NHS both as a care co-ordinator in a community drug team and as a primary care counsellor at GP's surgeries, both in Rotherham. She also has a small private practice where she provides counselling, massage and reflexology. Gemma moved to Sheffield as a student in 1993 and feels at home here now. Gemma enjoys her 2 cats and is a keen gardener.

Gemma spent several years in the nineties co-ordinating Sheffield Greenpeace Local Action Group and has very involved in green activism both locally and nationally. Gemma has since been a Green Party candidate in a number of elections.
